Department of Hindi
The Department of Hindi started its journey in July 2013 at Diphu Campus with Post Graduate program in Hindi from the session July 2013. Subsequently, M.Phil. and Ph.D. programs were started in 2015. The thrust area of the department is Hindi literature with special emphasis on contemporary Hindi literature and its interaction with other Indian languages and literature.
