The Rabindra Library “Help Desk” section located in GFR2 and this section is the “first stop”/primary point of contact for Patrons of any categories. We timely provide membership, circulation and plagiarism check assistance. A part from that we professionally respond all queries of users through phone, email, and online assistance with available knowledge and resources, and when time and resources permit, we assist with complex issues. Otherwise, we refer to specialists on our team or other teams. When possible, we help the client navigate the campus service infrastructure.
